Finally, we have an update. Below is an extract of the email i hv received.

Dear Golden Executive Committee,

In view of our time constraint, I wish to call upon a meeting that is non physical. I would suggest we all send ideas and proposal of what we want to do as Golden Key Director.

It is advisable that we send in all programme proposal before this coming semester break, thus enabling us to commence on all activities that we want to do immediately after the semester break is over. Therefore, with approval from the President, I sincerely request ideas and cc copy to everyone as shown on the contact list, so that everyone knows what everyone thinks. I volunteer to compile and gather information, but I request help from secretary as well as respective directors to help me complete the activity proposal at shortest duration.

As a friend reminder the respective position of each director are as follow:

Okay. So now i get it that i'm supposed to write a proposal?

But what should i write?

Haiya.. how would i know what activities to plan for you guys?

Hiking? Holidaying? Or jz merely watching movies?

I dont know ler..

I started imagining things, but i dont what i should do to make it work

Meanwhile, exams havent ended..

Hope i will have time to settle it and get a great proposal for a happening event!
